it's always really quiet on weekends here. my roommates don't live that far from home. maybe twenty, thirty minutes. i usually have the whole place to myself. the solitude is nice and relaxing sometimes, but most of the time it doesn't feel as amazing as i remember it being, when i was a kid.
it is my dads birthday this thursday. i don't know what to get him.
