Atlas Sound - St. Echo [Lyrics: Instrumental]
i have been back at school for a six days now. almost every day last semester i would open the door for a very old man who had hunchback at around 10:30am near the cafeteria, since that is about when i eat. he was slow and sluggish. would take a few steps and just stop for breath as every one else just passed on by. he'd just look at the people passing while resting on his crutch. he always said "thank you" when i opened the door, but very weakly. as if he was in terrible pain. i would some times ask if he would need help but he always said 'no, but i really appreciate that you offered' the same way each time, as if he didn't remember that i'm the same person opening the door each time. i've talked to him once during lunch. he was in a sad situation. had no family and his wife died when he was sixty two. he served in the world war II, like most people his age. he didn't have any kids. he said to wait for things if you like it. i have no fucking clue why he is here. i'm surprised he could walk.
haven't seen him since school started. i am not sure if he really has anyone to talk to or not. i'll be sure to get a picture of him next time i see him.
i know that's kind of depressing.
here are a fews things to even it all out ...
i wanted an environment change. went to some punk show. there are some crazy fucking people. i don't know the girl, but her hair is pretty cool. and do you see that guys mohawk to the right? was pretty rad. probably looks retarded when it is down though.
